Olagoke Agbakosi BSc, MBA, FCA, mni, has over three decades of work experience spanning professional accounting/audit practice, taxation & tax management services, banking and financial services, manufacturing, global multi-nationals, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), & information and communication technology (ICT) services mostly in the organized private sector and also in public enterprise. He is a strategic thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to achieve results with limited resources through effective planning and execution.

He has an impressive exposure to global best practices and standards, acquired from highly respected companies internationally including KPMG, Coopers & Lybrand, Coca-Cola HBC/Nigerian Bottling Company and Crown Cork & Seal/CarnaudMetalbox. He has very strong competencies in financial and general management, coaching, mentoring and development of human resources using relevant time tested approaches. He is also adept at creating a conducive work environment for colleagues and associates thus guaranteeing the achievement of optimum results and set targets.

Olagoke has attended several management development and professional training programmes in Accounting and Finance, General Management, Human Resources and Talent Management, Strategic Management and Leadership, etc. in a wide range of world leading business schools and training institutions including Management Centre Europe, Wharton Business School, Columbia Business School, MIT and Harvard Business School among others. He is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School and the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies.
