Frank Ugbodaga, 
serves as Group Head, Customer Operations and Services (COS) at Galaxy Backbone. With over 23 years experience across the Public and Private Sectors in Nigeria, he brings a strong technical background, strategic thinking and first class project management skills to the leadership and development of Galaxy Backbone.
As a strategic member of the executive management team, Frank is responsible for driving the Company’s e-Government services strategy and other customer fulfillment operations in collaboration with leading Global and Local Technology Partners.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University Of Benin and has attended Senior Management and Executive Programs at the Wharton School of Business; Lagos Business School; Singapore e-Government Leadership Centre as well as other Local and foreign professional training programs during the course of his career. He is married with three lovely children.
