The MD/CEO Galaxy Backbone Limited Prof. Muhammad Bello Abubakar led the Management team to appreciate the Honourable Minister of Communications and Digital Economy Prof. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami for the successful commissioning of the National Tier IV data centre and North West Regional Office in Kano.
The MD expressed his deep appreciation at the role the Honourable Minister played in making sure this commissioning went smoothly and successfully and for his exemplary leadership which has been of great benefit to Galaxy Backbone in the last almost four years.
The Tier IV Data Center has been designed, built to support private businesses and public sector organisations. This new Digital Infrastructure in Kano will serve as first level backup to the GBB Tier III Data Center in Abuja enhancing GBB’s effort at leading Digital transformation in the country and advancing business continuity.
