We received with great shock, but with total acceptance of the will of the Almighty Allah, the news of the passing on of the Chief of Staff to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mallam Abba Kyari.
We regret this sad loss at a time when we need him most and when the entire nation and indeed the world is going through the deadly COVID-19 pandemic. We are all from God and to Him we shall all return at prescribed date, time and location.
As an Organisation of Government under the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy, we shall continue to work in every way we can, to support the great work of the Mr President, the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy, the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, the Federal Ministry of Health & its agencies, and importantly the works of the deceased in helping to curb and reduce the spread of Corona Virus across our nation.
On behalf of the Management & Staff of Galaxy Backbone, I would like to condole with our Dear President & Commander in Chief, Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR), the family of the late Chief of Staff and the entire nation of this great loss. We have truly lost a remarkable Nigerian who died in active service to this great nation.
May Almighty Allah accept his soul in peace and may He heal and protect all the citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
